Verizon Wireless
Today I had the joy of dealing with a rep at Verizon's call center to try to fix a little problem I'm having . To sum it up I've cut my cell phone plan back to the most basic plan. I'm using my T-Mobile BlackBerry for everything else and plan to cancel Verizon in July. To avoid the $175 early termination plan I changed my plan to the cheapest plan and will call in July to cancel. A few weeks ago I cut my phone on to make sure I had no voicemails (now I call and press # to check!). Right when it was on my e-mails (about a months work) started to down. They download in the background and I think nothing of it. I checked my voicemails and cut the phone off.
A few days ago I get a bill for $125 in data usage! I realized my error! Cutting the phone on triggered my auto download and it downloaded a ton of e-mails!
I call Verizon to explain my situation and see if I can get some type of credit. They are about as useless as can me and were quite rude to me.
So I'm stuck with $125 in accidental data usage and Verizon reps that are so rude I would never hire them.
I will never go back to Verizon, ever.
